Established in 1998, NetCare is the first and only Guam-based domestic life and health insurance company. The company was organized by Kurt S. Moylan and his family, when the opportunity to assume the life business written by Occidental Life Insurance Company arose, following the latter's decision to exit the Guam market. NetCare is owned and administered by Moylan's Insurance Underwriters, Inc., a multi-line insurance agency established since 1971.
Today, NetCare is the fastest growing life and health insurance company in the Marianas and Micronesia and a premier provider of various group life, individual life, supplemental health products and managed care benefit plans in a growing market of small and mid-sized employers. We provide fully insured as well as self-funded health plan solutions and life insurance products on Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Republic of Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Marshall Islands.
