NetCare has implemented a four tier drug copayment plan:
Retail
- Generic Drugs - $0.00 Copayment per unit for 30 days supply
- Brand Drugs - $15.00 Copayment per unit for 30 days supply
- Non-Preferred Drugs - $30.00 Copayment per unit for 30 days supply
- Injectibles - 15% Copayment per unit for 30 days supply
Mail Order
- Generic Drugs - $0.00 Copayment per unit for 90 days supply
- Brand Drugs - $30.00 Copayment per unit for 90 days supply
- Non-Preferred Drugs - $60.00 Copayment per unit for 90 days supply
- Injectibles - 50% Copayment per unit for 90 days supply
NetCare recommends that for your convenience and savings, you may choose to have your maintenance medications filled through the Innoviant’s Mail Order Program. These prescriptions are filled for up to 90 days supply at reduced copayment amount.
