NetCare encourages its employer groups to register as a user under www.netcarelifeandhealth.com. From your home or office you can log into our secured and HIPAA compliant website to access and view information about claims status, eligibility, billing statements, benefit plans and on-line member services.
In addition, you will also have the option of receiving your monthly billing statement through the MediWeb Program thus eliminating the need for paper billing and mailing. You will also retain a billing history file of all monthly billing statements.
How Do I Access this Information?
From the Internet, go to www.netcarelifeandhealth.com
- New User Sign Up
Once you access our website, click on the EMPLOYER Link on the left hand side of the web page. This will take you to the Employer page where you will click on MY MEDIWEB Account and register as a new user or you may click the NEW USER link to sign up. As a new user, you will need to complete all applicable fields, which include creating your own User ID and Password.
- Existing User Sign Up
Once you have completed the steps to sign up, you will now be able to access your online member services that would include 24 hour access to your paid claims and eligibility, view and submit inquiries regarding your benefits or employee eligibility, paperless enrollment, medical information, messaging services and much more.
If you are registered under MediWeb, your Monthly Premium Billing Statements may also be accessed through your MediWeb mail box located on the top of your screen. You may also access other features by navigating through several tabs within the same screen. |
