Innoviant-Selected as new Pharmacy Benefits Manager for Netcare

Dental

NetCare offers two dental benefit plans to employers and their employees:

Dental Plan A ($1000)
Offered to groups employing more than 16 full-time employees. This plan has an annual plan maximum of $1000.00 per member per year.
Dental Plan B ($800)
Offered to groups employing between 2 and 15 full-time employees. This plan has an annual plan maximum of $800.00 per member per year.
