Effective April 1, 2011, Cedars Sinai Medical Center and affiliates will no longer be a NetCare Network Participating Provider. Eligible services and/or treatments will be reviewed and processed under the Non-Participating Provider (Non-Par) benefit level or denied if not PreAuthorized/PreCertified. Please note that there are NetCare's Benefit Plan that require members to obtain Pre-Authorization/Pre-Certification prior to rendering of off island care or for services outside NetCare's Centers of Care (for non-emergency medical treatment).
