NetCare Adds Smoking Cessation Drugs to Their Drug Coverage
Hagatna, (GU) – December 18, 2007 – Taking action to better serve its members and their health, NetCare Life & Health Insurance Company is pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2008, smoking cessation drugs will now be covered under their prescription drug plans. Zyban, Chantix and Buproban, the generic form of Zyban, will now be covered as part of the member’s pharmacy benefits.
Coverage will be limited to a single usage, available one time only, for up to 120 days of any preceding drugs. As Guam’s only life and health domestic company, NetCare is committed to providing our members with wellness options that aid in living longer, healthier lives.
